01 · About

Plain takes on AI, software teams and the Bangladesh industry.

As a co-founder, I work on how Bangladesh software companies sell, deliver, and grow together through Outsource to BD, and how AI actually lands inside real products at Ishraak and JobXprss.

I also evaluate CSE programs for BAETE, help young engineers become job-ready through NaCaZo's AI Software Builder Bootcamp, and write about AI-powered software development, careers, and what "job-ready" actually means here. Bangla and English, no brochure fluff.
